The following terms and conditions apply to any service provided by me to you, the client. By accepting our proposal, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Data collection

We may collect and use your personal and business information for the purpose of providing our service, communicating with you, and complying with our legal obligations. We will not share your information with any third party without your consent, unless required by law or court order. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Contract terms

Our proposal constitutes an offer to provide our service to you, which you may accept by signing and returning it to us. The contract between us will commence on the date of your acceptance and will continue until the completion of the service or the termination of the contract by either party. You may terminate the contract at any time by giving us written notice, but you will be liable for any fees or expenses incurred by us until the date of termination. We may terminate the contract at any time by giving you written notice, if you breach any of these terms and conditions or fail to pay any invoice within the due date.

Payment terms

We will invoice you for our service according to the payment schedule specified in our proposal. You agree to pay each invoice within 5 days of the date of issue unlesss otherwise agreed on writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue amount at the rate of 10% per annum, compounded monthly. We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel our service if you do not pay any invoice within the due date.

Copyright on content produced

We retain all intellectual property rights in any content that we produce for you as part of our service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the content for your own business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the content without our prior written consent.
